- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So my mom has to have 3 teeth extracted and deep cleaning. They first told me that they will arrange it in a way that they will do deep cleaning and teeth extraction at same side so she only needs to come in twice, in the end, they did it in such way that she has come in 5 times, as a working mom with a young baby, it is not easy. On my fourth trip, which was now today, I asked the front desk why, she said no one asked, I said that was not the case, even the assistant helped the first time said it was the original plan. The front desk lady said sorry can't do anything now. I felt that was not very considerate to plan that way, and they didn't even feel bad for what was done. I don't know whether it was related to insurance claim or they just don't care.December 30, 2016by zhen wu
